Steven Lee

Steven Lee is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Procurement & Financial Shared Services at Vail Resorts since May 2020, Steven oversees global strategic sourcing and financial operations across 41 resorts in four countries. Prior to this role, Steven held multiple vice president positions at Cabot Corporation from 2010 to 2020, managing global procurement for over 40 manufacturing facilities worldwide. Steven began a significant career at The Timken Company, spanning from 1995 to 2010, where positions included General Manager of Global Indirect Purchasing and Global Supply Chain Advancement. Steven holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering & Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, with additional education at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
