Barbara Goff

Barbara Goff has extensive work experience in human resources and business consulting. Barbara served as the Director of Human Resources at Vail Systems, where they successfully built a contemporary HR organization and implemented cost-saving measures. Prior to that, Barbara worked as a Business and Strategy Consultant as well as a Board-level Leader at their own company, Barbara J. Goff LLC. Barbara also held executive HR leadership positions at various companies, including Vice President of Human Resources and Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources.

Barbara Goff holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree from the University of Michigan. Barbara also obtained a Master's Certificate in Human Resource Administration from the same institution. Prior to that, Barbara earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Additionally, they have completed a Certificate in Corporate Governance from Northwestern University.

Barbara has further pursued their education through various certifications. Barbara holds certifications in American Payroll Association, DDI Talent Management, Global Payroll Management, Lominger Competency Assessment, Mediation, and SHL Psychometric Assessment.

Furthermore, Barbara has engaged in mentorship programs. Barbara has served as a Human Resource Mentor both at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and at MHub.
