Jon Pohl

Jon Pohl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical implementation and project management. Currently serving as a Technical Implementation Manager at Vail Systems since July 2016, Jon previously held various roles at Best Buy from November 2001 to May 2016, including Solar Field Deployment Manager, where responsibilities included executing merchandising strategies across 43 locations with a remote team of up to 70 employees. Jon led over 100 large-scale store resets as a Lunar Field Deployment Manager and has experience in training and coaching teams, planning retail resets, and implementing technical components. Jon's educational background includes fine/studio arts studies at the College for Creative Studies and a high school diploma from Avondale High School.
