Aditya Dhar is currently an Associate Partner at Vaish Associates Advocates, specializing in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) with a focus on Trademark prosecution, licence and assignment agreements, IPR due diligence, and litigation. Prior to this, Aditya held positions as a Senior Associate at RKP & Associates and engaged in independent practice at Delhi High Court. Aditya's legal career began with internships at various law firms before completing a B.A. LL.B (H) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
