Dimitra Plaka

Dimitra Plaka has work experience as a Data Analyst at VAIX, a Sportradar Company, since October 2022. Prior to that, they were a PHD Researcher and Teaching/Lab Assistant at the National Technical University of Athens from October 2017 to May 2022. Dimitra also worked as a Visiting Researcher at Inria in October 2021 and at the University of Leicester in February 2019 and February 2018.

Dimitra Plaka completed their education in the following order:

From 2010 to 2015, they attended the University of Patras, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics.

Following that, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics at the National Technical University of Athens.

Continuing their academic journey, Dimitra Plaka joined the National Technical University of Athens again from 2017 to 2022 and successfully completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Applied Mathematics.

In addition to their formal education, Dimitra Plaka has also acquired several certifications. In June 2022, they completed the "Python for Data Science and AI" course from Coursera. Additionally, in the same month, they obtained "The Complete SQL Bootcamp 2022" certification from Udemy: Online Courses. In August 2022, they acquired the "Tableau 2022 A-Z: Hands-On Tableau Training for Data Science" certification, also from Udemy: Online Courses.
