Benny Hayes

Benny Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Benny began their career in 2017 as a Coach at Soccer Shots Franchising, where they gained experience in coaching. In 2019, Benny worked briefly at KAABOO Del Mar in the role of Amplify & Ultimate Hang Site Operations. In 2020, they interned at the Horton Grand Hotel as a Front Desk Intern, where they shadowed the upper management team and assisted with guest services. Benny also gained experience in the food and beverage industry through an internship at W Hotels in Aspen, Colorado, where they worked in various roles such as Host, Server, Food Runner, and Bartender. In 2021, they worked as a Retail Lead at Winnetu Oceanside Resort. Currently, Benny is working at Valant, where they started in 2021 as a Sales Development Representative and has since been promoted to Senior Sales Development Representative and eventually to the role of Account Executive in 2022.

Benny Hayes started their education journey at Carlsbad High School, where they obtained their high school diploma in 2016. Following that, they attended Holy Cross College in 2016 and 2017, focusing on business administration and management. Benny then continued their studies at Grossmont College from 2017 to 2019, exploring business administration, management, and operations. Finally, from 2019 to 2021, Benny pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at San Diego State University.
