Rich Gardner is currently the Regional Sales Manager for Valco Melton, managing the Florida and Caribbean regions. Prior to this role, Rich has held positions such as Regional Sales Engineer at Schneider Packaging Equipment Co., North America Sales Division Manager at Polypack, Inc., and Director of Sales and Marketing at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc. Before transitioning into sales, Rich worked as Aftermarket Business Development Manager at Transtar Industries and Planner/Scheduler/Powertrain Buyer at Alma Products. Rich began their career as a Professional Baseball Player for the Milwaukee Brewers and Cincinnati Reds before pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management at the University of Phoenix.
