Irik Tolboom

Irik Tolboom has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade.

Irik began their career as a Data Operator at Infostrada Sports from January 2010 to February 2012.

In 2014, they joined Cognizant as a Graduate Intern in Consultancy - Strategic Services. Irik'sresponsibilities included conducting a study on the effects of Digital Transformation on organizations' business models. This involved defining the concept of digital transformation and conducting a business model survey among over 100 principal consultants. Irik then transitioned into a role as a Business Intelligence Consultant, where they worked from September 2015 to December 2018.

Since 2018, Irik has been working at Valcon (previously VIQTOR DAVIS). Irik initially joined as an MDM Consultant in December 2018 and later progressed to a Project Manager and Data & Information Manager role in September 2020. The current role's end date is not provided, suggesting that they are currently still employed in that position.

Irik Tolboom's education history begins in 2008 when they attended Delft University of Technology and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Technische Bestuurskunde in 2012. They later enrolled in the same university for a Master of Science (MSc) degree in System Engineering, Policy Analysis and Management from 2012 to 2016.

In 2014, Irik Tolboom briefly attended South China University of Technology but did not obtain a degree during that time. Additionally, in 2008, they acquired the International Baccalaureate: English A2 higher level certification from The International Baccalaureate.

These include the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in 2016, the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in September 2022, the Academy Accreditation - Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals certification from Databricks in September 2022, the Confluent Fundamentals Accreditation from Confluent in March 2023, and the Hands On Essentials - Data Warehouse certification from Snowflake in April 2023.
