Rachael Baxter

Rachael Baxter has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and technology sectors. Starting in 2012, Rachael worked as a Researcher at CoStar Group, specializing in commercial real estate information. Rachael then joined Networkers International PLC as a Delivery Consultant, providing recruitment services across various sectors. In 2014, Rachael joined Nine Twenty, where they held multiple roles including Account Manager and Managing Consultant, specializing in IT and technology recruitment. Most recently, Rachael has been working at Valcon as the UK Talent Acquisition & Resourcing Lead, starting in 2022. Throughout their career, Rachael has emphasized transparency and responsiveness in their work and has been involved in managing delivery teams and nurturing technology talent for their clients.

Rachael Baxter attended Annan Academy from 2002 to 2008. Rachael then went on to Glasgow Caledonian University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2011, they briefly attended TBS Education for a Bachelor's degree in International Business.
