James Lovell

James Lovell is a Business Development Manager at VALD, having started in August 2023. Previously, James served as the Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach at Harlequins from July 2022 to May 2023, focusing on U16 athletes and leading strength and conditioning sessions. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the University of Exeter RFU, where collaboration with coaching staff occurred to support both men's and women's squads, and for Trinity School of John Whitgift, concentrating on athlete development across various sports. Additionally, James completed a virtual strength and conditioning placement at the University Of Exeter Sports Park during the pandemic. James holds a BSc in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Exeter, completed in July 2022, and attended Caterham School prior to university.
