Osmário Dellaretii Neto

Osmário Dellaretii Neto is a Senior Manager for Base Metals Project Development at Vale, specializing in green and brownfield project studies exceeding US$100 million within the Asia Pacific region. Reporting to the Director of Studies and Engineering in Toronto, Canada, Osmário plays a key role in advancing Vale's objective of increasing copper and nickel production in the region. Previous positions at Vale include Project Director for the Hu'u Project, Infrastructure and Process Engineering Manager, and various engineering roles focusing on prefeasibility and feasibility studies across multiple minerals in Australia, Asia, and Africa. Prior to joining Vale, Osmário worked as a Process Engineer at ECM S.A., concentrating on flowsheet development and overall plant design. Osmário holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, obtained in 2001.
