Ellie Wildman

Ellie Wildman is an experienced engagement manager at Valence, previously serving as a senior specialist in the organization practice at Bain & Company. Earlier in the career, Ellie worked as a consultant and analyst in the advisory practice at Korn Ferry and held senior associate and associate roles within the software technology sector at WinterWyman. Academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Economics from Emory University, where Ellie also contributed as a research assistant in the Spatial Cognition Laboratory and participated in leadership development initiatives. Additionally, Ellie has experience as a child development research assistant for the South Pacific Program and has furthered education at The University of Auckland.
