Sam Dick

Sam Dick has extensive work experience in the drilling fluids industry. Sam worked at Valence Drilling Fluids as a Project Manager starting in 2021. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at M-I SWACO, where they held various roles. From 2017 to 2021, they served as an Account Manager, overseeing drilling fluid projects for clients in Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma. From 2010 to 2017, they worked as a Project Engineer, handling project engineering duties for clients in the same region. And from 2006 to 2010, they were a Drilling Fluids Specialist, performing tasks such as drilling fluid testing, fluid recommendations, inventory management, logistics, and invoicing for clients in Texas and Louisiana.

Sam Dick holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Texas A&M University, which was obtained between 2004 and 2006. In 2020, they enrolled at The University of Texas at El Paso and successfully completed their Master of Science degree in Construction Management in 2022.
