Hiro Ando

Hiro Ando has a strong background in engineering and management, with experience across multiple companies. Hiro started their career in 1996 as a Manager at Pioneer Electronics and stayed with the company for ten years. In 2006, Ando became a Senior Manager at Pioneer Research Center USA, Inc. and held the position for three years. Hiro then transitioned to a Manager position at Pioneer Electronics for a brief period in 2009 before joining Xilinx as a Broadcast Systems Architect. Ando worked at Xilinx for four years before moving on to their current role as an Engineer at Valens, which they have held since 2013.

Hiro Ando attended Utsunomiya University from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
