Donna Vareha-Walsh

Donna Vareha-Walsh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement, trading, and financial management within the metals industry. Currently serving as Head of Physicals Trading at Valent Asset Management LLC since October 2022, Vareha-Walsh previously held the position of Chairwoman of the Board at the Minor Metals Trade Association from May 2020 to October 2022. Vareha-Walsh has also served as Director of Metals Business Unit at Indium Corporation, Director of Global Procurement at Carpenter Technology Corporation, and Director of Metallurgical Operations and Procurement at Kennametal, among other roles. Vareha-Walsh began a career in finance as an International Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young and as Plant Controller at Corning Inc. Educational credentials include an MBA in International Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Duquesne University.
