Chad Harcus

Chad Harcus serves as the Director of Human Resources at Valent BioSciences, leading HR initiatives for a global leader in biorational product development. Previously, Chad held several key positions at ACCO Brands, including Director of Global HR Operations and Director of Global Talent Planning, where responsibilities encompassed senior leadership management, talent acquisition, and performance management for a workforce spanning over 6,500 employees across more than 35 countries. Chad's career also includes financial management roles at Markel Corporation and Harley-Davidson Financial Services, as well as auditing experience with Arthur Andersen & Co. Chad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Risk Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA with honors in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
