Emily Zwez

Emily Zwez is an accomplished R&D Formulations Scientist at Valentine Enterprises since January 2016, with extensive experience in product development across various sectors of the food and beverage industry. Previously, Emily held roles as Food Technologist II at Golden State Foods, Food Technologist at Golding Farms Foods, and Technical Procurement Specialist at Illes Seasonings & Flavors, contributing to the creation of diverse products including sauces, dressings, syrups, and dietary supplements. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Kerry Food & Beverage, Lily of the Desert, and Nature's Formula, where Emily focused on developing beverage powders and juices, among other products. Emily earned a B.S. in Food Science from Louisiana State University, graduating in 2000.
