Robert Paddock

Robert Paddock is an accomplished entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in the online education sector. As the Founder and CEO of Valenture Institute since April 2019, Robert has been instrumental in advancing effective online learning initiatives. In addition, Robert serves as a Board Member at Injini since January 2018 and has held the position of Executive Director at Hubble Studios since June 2014. Prior experience includes co-founding Getsmarter and working as a Corporate Team-Building Facilitator at The Drum Cafe. Robert's educational background includes degrees from The Open University in Online and Distance Education, culminating in a MA, along with a course from the University of Oxford focused on Effective Online Tutoring.
