Andrzej Kubica

Andrzej Kubica has extensive experience in quality management and production leadership, primarily within the automotive sector. Since February 2017, Andrzej has served as Site Production Manager and Quality Director at Valeo, and also holds the position of Electrification Systems Europe Quality Director for PES Europe Regional Operations. Prior to this role, Andrzej was the Quality Director at Valeo from 2012 to 2016 and held various quality management positions at AML Systems, Valeo, Magneti Marelli, and Teksid, beginning in 1990. This diverse background demonstrates a strong commitment to quality assurance and operational excellence across multiple sites and companies.
