Valerie Andres

Valerie Andres boasts extensive experience in the automotive industry, primarily with Valeo, where Valerie has held multiple leadership positions since 1996. Currently serving as Group Customer Vice President, Valerie oversees a key customer relationship generating €205M in turnover and manages a team of 8. Previous roles include Sales and Marketing Director for the Switch & Control Division, where Valerie directed sales strategies for a €217M portfolio and led a multicultural team across five plants. As Marketing & Sales Director for the Control Panel Division, Valerie was responsible for a €120M turnover and guided an 8-member team. Early career experiences include project management for significant Renault programs and procurement management for various divisions within Valeo.
