Melissa Tate Firmin is a seasoned professional in human resources and safety management. Currently serving as Lead HR Associate at Valero Energy Corporation since October 2021, Melissa previously held positions at Trans-Global Solutions, Inc. from April 2015 to October 2021, including Secretary of the Safety Committee and Administrative Assistant. Melissa earned an Associate’s Degree from Lamar State College-Port Arthur between 2001 and 2004 and has been certified in Industrial Safety Technology/Technician through OSHA 30 since 2017.
