Ruth Pina

Ruth Pina has over three decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of HR at Valero Energy Corporation since April 1992, where responsibilities include employment, organizational development, compliance, employee services, employee relations, and dialogue. Prior to this role, Ruth held the position of HR Manager at Pace Foods, Inc. from April 1984 to April 1992. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Management obtained from Our Lady of the Lake University between 1984 and 1990, as well as graduation from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1975.
