Henry Toledo

Henry is Valet Living’s Chief People Officer and is responsible for providing leadership in the development and execution of Valet Living’s people strategies, including succession planning, learning and development, performance management, organizational development, total rewards and culture. Henry has over 24 years of experience in human resources and talent management, most recently as Talent, Performance and Learning Leader at Citigroup, Inc. where he led a global organization tasked with converting four HR operations (North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific) and creating one global HR organization with a consistent global operating model in only 18 months. Henry speaks fluent Spanish and earned his Bachelor’s degree in HR Management from Georgia State University. He also holds a Master’s degree in Management from Temple University and recently completed an intensive HR Management program at Duke University.
