Preeti Shetty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the sports industry. As Co-Founder of Valeur since September 2023, Preeti focuses on empowering women through salary benchmarking and compensation data. Concurrently, Preeti serves as an Advisor at READY, fostering innovation and support for women athletes and leaders. Preeti holds the position of Director at Brentford Football Club and has been Chief Executive Officer at Upshot System since March 2021. Previously, from December 2013 to March 2021, Preeti was Head of Upshot at the Football Foundation, overseeing a digital monitoring and evaluation system. Additional roles include Senior Consultant at both the Football Foundation and Streets United, Project Coordinator for Kingston Race and Equalities Council, Communications Coordinator at Business in the Community, and Development Coordinator at Kick4Life F.C. Preeti's educational background includes an MSc in Sports Management from Birkbeck, University of London, a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation for Sport and Social Change from Solent University, and a BA in Media and Communications from Goldsmiths, University of London.
