Daniela Sena Bettini

Daniela Sena Bettini is currently serving as the Diretora Corporativa de RH at Valgroup, a leading producer and recycler of plastic with a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation, operating across several countries. Prior to joining Valgroup in January 2023, Daniela held the position of Diretora de Gestão Corporativa at Paranapanema, the only domestic producer of primary copper in Brazil, from November 2019 to January 2023. Daniela's extensive experience in Human Resources includes a role as Director of Human Resources at Embraer, where coordination of global HR processes across various countries took place over a period of nearly nine years. Daniela holds an MBA in Gestão Empresarial from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Administração de Empresas from Universidade de Taubaté.
