Gina Norris

Gina Norris, CFA, is a seasoned professional in the real estate and corporate governance sectors with extensive experience in both private and public companies. Currently, Gina serves as Senior Vice President of Partner Relations at Matthews Southwest since June 2013, and holds board positions at Valhi Inc. and CompX International as an independent director, contributing to audit and governance committees. Previously, Gina served on the board of Encore Wire Corp, where important committees included Audit, Nominating & Corporate Governance, Compensation, and Sustainability. Gina's earlier roles encompass leadership positions at Texas Security Bank, Stratford Land, Crow Holdings, and other notable firms. Gina earned an MBA in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Business from Western Illinois University, where recognition as an Outstanding Management Graduate was received.
