Christian Pfister

Christian Pfister has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Cabin Crew Member for Swiss International Air Lines until 2010. From 2011 to 2015, they held roles at digitec AG, starting as Deputy Store Manager and later becoming a Store Manager and Retail Coordinator. In 2015, they transitioned to Interdiscount, where they worked as a Business Analyst and Product Owner until 2017. Christian then joined Berner Kantonalbank AG as a Business Analyst from 2017 to 2018. Christian then worked as a Business Analyst/Consultant at baeriswyl tschanz & partner ag from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Christian is an IT-Architect at Valiant Bank, a position they have held since November 2019.

Christian Pfister obtained their Bachelor's degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Berner Fachhochschule BFH, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended HSO Business School Switzerland from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained a Leadership SVF degree. Their earlier education includes attending Kantonsschule Wattwil from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Berufsmaturität in Wirtschaftsmittelschule with a focus on Informatik.

In terms of additional certifications, Christian Pfister has obtained several certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc., including being a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master (obtained in January 2020), a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist (obtained in December 2019), a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager (obtained in December 2019), a Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant (obtained in December 2019), and a Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant (obtained in March 2019). Christian also holds other certifications such as Hermes 5 Foundation (obtained in July 2018) from TÜV SÜD, Professional Scrum Master and Professional Scrum Product Owner (both obtained in June 2018) from Scrum.org, IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (obtained in May 2018) from iSQI GmbH, Agile Scrum Foundation and ITIL Foundation Certificate (both obtained in June 2016) from EXIN your ICT competence partner, and First Certificate in English (obtained in June 2006) from the University of Cambridge.
