Dan Carter

Dan Carter, P.E., serves as the Vice President of Consulting at JSI since May 2024 and has been a Co-Founder of Valiant Communications Limited in India since January 1993. Previously held leadership roles such as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Vantage Point Solutions and Vice President at Finley Engineering Company, where significant contributions included securing over $1 billion in federal and state grants for broadband networks. Dan has also held senior positions at Midland Group, GSA Partners, TelStrat, Infinitec Networks, Vanguard Communications, and Transok/American Electric and Power, demonstrating extensive expertise in engineering, operations, and strategic business development across various telecommunications and broadband initiatives. Dan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Tulsa and completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
