Guilherme Jacondino

Guilherme Jacondino has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Guilherme currently works as the Head of Cloud Practice at Valiantys, an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner, a position they began in 2022. Prior to this, they were employed at e-Core from 2017 to 2022, where they held two roles. Firstly, they served as a Service Delivery Lead, leading a team of software consultants and overseeing the delivery of consulting and implementation projects. Secondly, they worked as an Atlassian Software Consultant. Before joining e-Core, Guilherme was employed at HP from 2011 to 2017. Guilherme held various positions at HP, including Project Manager, Business Analyst/Team Leader, Analyst/Tech Leader, and Technical Consultant. In these roles, they performed tasks such as project management, incident management, problem resolution leadership, and application enhancements. Guilherme began their professional career as an Undergraduate Researcher at PUCRS from 2009 to 2011.

Guilherme Jacondino obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in the years 2008 to 2012. In addition, they have acquired several certifications such as Atlassian Certified in Jira Project Administration from Atlassian in December 2018, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2021, Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2021, and Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator for Data Center and Server from Atlassian in March 2021.
