Marcelo Valforte Castelucci is a highly experienced Senior Systems Analyst with over 30 years in the field. Currently at Valid since April 2012, Marcelo specializes in the approval, implementation, and support of systems, alongside monitoring production environments and managing incident responses. Prior to this, Marcelo worked at AGL Sistemas from December 1996 to April 2012, focusing on ERP systems implementation and development. Marcelo began a career in banking at Itaú Unibanco as a cashier from November 1990 to December 1996. Marcelo holds a degree in Tecnologia em Processamento de Dados from FIAP.
