Mauro Lucchini has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mauro is currently employed at Validated ID as a Backend Developer, working on the development of VIDchain, a Self Sovereign Identity Solution. Mauro is responsible for tasks definition, implementation, and delivery of APIs in sustainable environments.
Prior to their current role, Lucchini worked at the European Blockchain Services Infrastructure (EBSI) as an SSI Developer. Here, they contributed to the development of APIs, libraries, and Smart Contracts, and also participated in the design and revision of specifications.
Lucchini also has experience as a Backend Developer, specializing in Blockchain, at VIEWNEXT. Mauro worked on projects using Hyperledger Fabric, developing smart contracts and backends in Golang. Mauro was also part of the R&D team, working on various Proof of Concepts related to Blockchain technology. Additionally, they provided technical consulting services to clients on blockchain solutions such as asset tokenization, self-sovereign identity, and Libra.
In the past, Lucchini worked as a Research Trainee at King's College London, where they focused on the capabilities of Edge cloud computing in managing data traffic and improving the videoconference experience. Mauro Lucchini's education history begins in 2011 when they enrolled at UPC - ETSETB TelecomBCN to pursue a Degree in Science and Telecommunication Technologies Engineering. Mauro completed this degree in 2016. Following their undergraduate studies, Mauro pursued a Master's degree in Telecommunication engineering (MET) at the same institution from 2016 to 2018. In 2017, they had the opportunity to be a Research Trainee at King's College London, where they focused on Informatics.
