Catharine Hurley

Catharine Hurley has over twenty years of Human Resources experience. Catharine began their career in 1998 as a Human Resources Intern at PPG Industries. In 1999, they moved to Loomis, Fargo & Co. where they held two roles as Human Resources Manager. In 2003, they joined CA Technologies where they held four roles: HR Operations Analyst, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, and HR Generalist. In 2015, they moved to Time Warner Cable as an HR Generalist. In 2016, they joined Charter Communications as an HR Generalist and in 2018, they moved to Validic as an HR Generalist.

Catharine Hurley has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Economics, Management Concentration from Greensboro College and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) from Brevard College. Catharine also has a number of certifications, including California HR from HRCI in July 2022, Confidentiality and Technology upSkill Micro-Credential from HRCI in July 2022, Risk Management upSkill Micro-Credential from HRCI in July 2022, Social Media in HR from HRCI in July 2022, Workforce Analytics upSkill Micro-Credential from HRCI in July 2022, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in December 2015, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2006, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2003.
