Federico Alegre has worked for several companies since 2003. Federico started as a Teaching Assistant at the Universidad Nacional del Comahue, where they taught Algebra & Geometry and Mathematics for Engineering and Computer Science programs. In 2005, they began working as a Junior Auditor in Engineering at SGS, where they were responsible for Industrial Equipment Inspection, Predictive Engineering, and Non Destructive Assays. In 2010, they became a Research Intern at the Università degli Studi di Genova, where they wrote journal/papers related to The European Project SwarmItFIX and collaborated in project proposals writing. Federico Alegre began their educational journey in 1998, when they earned a Master in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Nacional del Comahue in the field of signal processing & control. Federico then attended Ecole centrale de Nantes from 2008 to 2009, where they received a Master en Automatique et Système de Production (spécialité Automatique, Robotique, Signal et Image) in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. After that, they pursued a Master of Engineering in Robotics and Control (Magister, specjalność Automatyka i Robotyka) from Warsaw University of Technology in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from 2009 to 2010. Finally, they completed their education in 2011 when they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Télécom Paris in the field of Spécialité "Signal et images".
