Jessica Burns

Jessica Burns has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Jessica is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Valify, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at HCA Healthcare, where they held various roles, including AVP of HCA Client Relations and Director of Information Security Assurance for HCA's Sarah Cannon oncology line of business. Jessica also has experience in IT management, having worked as an IT Director and Manager in different capacities at HCA Healthcare. Earlier in their career, they worked at Philips Medical Systems as a Financial Auditor/LAN Administrator and at Newport News Shipbuilding as an Environmental Health & Safety Technician. Jessica's work experience spans over 30 years and encompasses a range of leadership and managerial roles in the healthcare and technology sectors.

Jessica Burns earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University, where they attended from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University, attending from 2003 to 2004. In November 2019, Jessica obtained certification as a Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO) from the CHIME institution.
