James Ryan Wall

James Ryan Wall has an extensive background in information technology, currently serving as Manager of Product Support at Valimail since January 2020, where previous roles included Product Support Escalation Engineer, Customer Success Automation Engineer, and Technical Onboarding Engineer. Prior to Valimail, James held the position of Network Engineer at Huntington County Community School Corporation from July 2013 to January 2020 and served as County Associate Information Systems Director for Huntington County Government from April 2003 to June 2013, overseeing a 400-computer network for over 500 users across diverse locations. Earlier in their career, James worked as a Confinement Officer at Huntington County Jail from January 2001 to April 2003, managing inmate care and facility operations. James earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from Purdue University between 1996 and 2000.
