Kair Turubayev's work experience begins with their current position as an Application Engineer at Valin Corporation, which began in October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Centrix Engineering as a Failure Analysis Engineer from March 2020 to October 2021, where they conducted analysis and investigation of failed evidence causing damages to properties and prepared reports on preventative actions.

Beginning in June 2017, Kair worked as an Engineering Trainee at Honeywell, where they performed assembly, testing, and quality assurance tasks for commercial burglary security systems, as well as installation and programming of security motion detectors. During this time, they also gained skills in technical documentation and technical drafting.

In 2015, Kair served as a Teacher Assistant at Grossmont College, grading assignments and providing feedback for a General Chemistry course. In 2014, they were an International Student Ambassador at the same college, assisting with orientations and organizing various activities.

Kair Turubayev pursued their education in a chronological order. Kair first attended Grossmont College from 2012 to 2014, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Mathematics, as well as an A.S. in University Studies with a focus on Mathematics, Natural Science, and Computer Science. Following this, they enrolled in California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2015 to 2019. Here, they specialized in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Mechatronics, ultimately earning their Bachelor's degree. In terms of additional certifications, Kair obtained the Engineer In Training certification from NCEES in February 2020. Additionally, they completed the Career & Professional Development program offered by California Polytechnic State University in May 2019.
