Hal Martin

Hal Martin serves as the Director of the Vallecitos Water District since November 2012, focusing on policy making and public outreach. Concurrently, Hal Martin has operated as a Photographer and Owner of Focus on U Wedding Photography since June 1990, specializing in wedding photography, engagement sessions, and elopements. Prior experience includes serving as a Councilmember and Vice-Mayor for the City of San Marcos, California, from December 1996 to December 2012, where contributions included community outreach, development, public policy, and economic development. Hal Martin's educational background includes studies in General Commercial Photography at Nassau Community College and LIU Post during the late 1960s.
