Abeer Altawil

Abeer Altawil is a high school teacher at Valley Christian Schools. Prior to their current position, they worked as a cell processing associate at Dendreon from December 2009 to August 2010 and as a research assistant at Rutgers University from June 2008 to May 2009. In their role as a cell processing associate, Abeer interviewed, trained new associates and new trainers, and assisted the shift manager. Abeer also worked with QA to solve different operation problems and make the process more successful. In their role as a research assistant, Abeer was responsible for a wide range of activities to insure compliance with the regulatory requirements.

Abeer Altawil has a Doctor of Philosophy from George Mason University in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology. Abeer also has a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University in Biochemistry and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Science in Damascus University in Biotechnology. Abeer has a certificate from the California Department of Education in California Single Subject Teaching Credential in Chemistry and a certificate from the California Department of Education in California Single Subject Teaching Credential in Biology.
