Rob Manuel

Robert Manuel serves as the Events Editorial Manager at IGN Entertainment since July 2022, while also engaging in freelance work focused on game scouting and enhancing diversity in game development. As the Executive Producer for Gay Gaming Professionals, Robert has produced multiple live events with substantial growth for the Twitch channel. Previous experience includes roles such as Content Coordinator at IAM8BIT, Curation Manager at Indie MEGABOOTH, and Content Specialist at Amazon, where Robert successfully developed strategies to enhance engagement and communication. Additional positions include Public Relations Specialist at Stride PR and Editor in Chief at Geek & Sundry, where Robert significantly increased audience engagement and revenue. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
