Irina Pogosyan holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management and a B.B.A in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Psychology and Development from American InterContinental University. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Valley Community Healthcare since November 2007, Irina also holds the position of President/CEO at USHR Professionals, Inc., which specializes in HR consulting and outsourcing, since August 2011. Previous experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at AMCO FOODS, INC. from April 2003 to November 2007 and at SoCal Tech, Inc. from February 2000 to April 2003.
