Joe Drust has extensive work experience, primarily in the retail industry. Joe started their career at Festival Foods in 1999, initially working as a Produce Manager for five years. Joe then progressed to various managerial roles within the company, including Produce Director, Director of Bakery, Director of Bakery/Meat and Seafood, Sr. Director of Bakery, and finally, Sr. Deli Director. Throughout their tenure at Festival Foods, they played a crucial role in overseeing the operations and managing different departments. In 2021, Joe joined Valley Cooperative Association as the Director of Operations and subsequently served as the Vice President of Operations from June 2022 onwards.

Joe Drust attended NWTC of Green Bay from 1998 to 2000. During this time, they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
