Allison Binnebose

Allison Binnebose has extensive experience in customer service and financial operations, currently serving as a Contact Center Representative at Valley First Credit Union since December 2018. In this role, Allison handles incoming calls, identifies member needs, and resolves requests, in addition to assisting with member transactions. Prior to this, Allison worked as a Member Service Specialist, managing new account openings and loan application processes. Experience also includes customer service roles at Orchard Supply Hardware, focusing on customer returns and merchandise exchanges, and a decade at WoodTrust Bank, where responsibilities included preparing loan documents and supporting loan processing teams. Allison holds a Financial Services Representative Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Mid-State Technical College.
