Chris H.

Chris H. has extensive experience in operations, digital strategy, and market research. From 2017 to the present, Chris has worked at Valley First Credit Union, initially as the Director of Research & Product/Process Management and currently as the Vice President of Operations & Digital Strategy. In these roles, Chris has been responsible for overseeing operations, growth and digital strategies, marketing, and the member call center. Chris has also developed and launched digital banking capabilities, resulting in improved member experiences and significant growth in members, deposits, and loans. Prior to joining Valley First Credit Union, Chris worked at Quality Resource Associates from 1990 to 2015, where they served as the Director of Market Research/Marketing Operations and successfully managed numerous client projects on a global scale.

Chris H. attended Leland High School from 1983 to 1986, where they completed their high school education and received a degree in High School General Education. Chris then pursued further education at San Jose State University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
