Diane Steltz

Diane Steltz serves as a Nurse Care Manager at Valley Health Partners Community Health Center since June 2021, bringing extensive experience from a long tenure at Lehigh Valley Health Network, which began in 1990. At Lehigh Valley Health Network, Diane has held various positions including Patient Education Specialist, Care Manager, and Surgical Staging RN, in addition to roles in preoperative care, post-anesthesia care, and intensive care nursing. Diane holds a Master of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences, earned between 2015 and 2017, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing from the same institution, completed in 2014.
