Victoria Phan

Victoria Phan has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Victoria most recently worked as the Chief Operations Officer at Valley Health Plan, a position they held since October 2023. Before that, they served as the Interim Chief Operations Officer at the same company from May 2023 to October 2023. Prior to that, they were the Deputy Operating Officer/Assistant Director of Managed Care Operations at Valley Health Plan from August 2022 to May 2023.
