Carolyn Ross

Carolyn Ross is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in talent development and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at Valley Health System since April 2008, Carolyn previously held the position of Talent Development Specialist. Prior experience includes managing the Quality Assurance Department in Customer Care at GAF Materials Corporation, where coaching employees on professional communication was a key responsibility. Carolyn also served as the Manager of Training & Marketing at Pearson Education from July 1998 to April 2006. Education includes a Master of Public Administration in Health Care Administration Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, expected May 2026, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education/Communication from SUNY New Paltz, earned in 1998.
