Denise Berceli

Denise Berceli is an accomplished professional with a robust background in organizational advancement and resource management within the YMCA network. Currently serving as the Organizational Advancement Specialist for Valley of the Sun YMCA since March 2016, Denise has previously held significant roles including Senior Resource Specialist and Management Consultant at YMCA of the USA, and Associate Management Resource Center Director at YMCA of Greater Charlotte. Additional experience includes serving as Branch Executive Director at North Penn YMCA and Associate Branch Executive at Bethlehem YMCA. Denise earned a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, completing studies from 1979 to 1983.
