Raine McAngus

Raine McAngus currently serves as a Public Health Fellow at Detroit Parent Network and is a member of the inaugural Youth Advisory Council at YMCA of the USA, advising on strategic decisions and programs. In addition, Raine holds the position of Valley of the Sun YMCA Metro Board Youth Director, representing youth perspectives and supporting the organization's mission and strategic development. Experience also includes work as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at ASU Watts College of Public Service & Community Solutions, focusing on research related to diverse backgrounds in parks and recreation, and support roles at Arizona State University in health strategy and public health projects. Raine's educational background includes pursuing dual Bachelor's degrees in Non-profit Leadership and Management as well as Public Service and Public Policy with a focus on Healthcare Policy, complemented by an Assistant Athletic Trainer role during high school.
