Haley Burris

Haley Burris has a wealth of experience in the Purchasing and Supply Chain field. Haley started their career in 2013 as a Purchasing Agent and Sales Coordinator for Crown Worldwide Moving & Storage. In this role, they were the lead contact for purchasing, customer service, vendor relations, and account management for 100+ clients. Haley managed contracts and vendor relations, and handled both B2B and B2C communication. In 2016, they moved to Columbia Cosmetics Mfg Inc. as a Purchasing and Production Manager. In this role, they managed all strategic sourcing and purchasing contracts for 5,000+ skus and 150+ vendors. Haley also spearheaded cost savings initiatives including rebate programs and volume usage/inventory analysis that resulted in $200,000 savings in the first year. Haley also introduced and implemented KPI’s, S. In 2020, Haley moved to Allure Labs, Inc. as a Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager. In this role, they managed all strategic sourcing, contract management, and vendor communication. This included purchasing of 6,000+ sku’s across 200+ vendors and they led team savings of $424,000+ in the first six months. Later in 2020, they moved to Peace Out Skincare as a Supply Chain Manager. In this role, they managed company-wide supply chain including purchasing, scheduling, inventory, and logistics. Haley also introduced and implemented S. O. Finally, in 2021, Haley began their current role as Director of Materials and Purchasing Manager for Valley Services Electronics (VSE).

Haley Burris attended Chabot College from 2017 to 2021, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General, as well as an Associate of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences.
