Stacy Phelps

Stacy Phelps is currently the Vice President of Accounting at Valley Strong Credit Union, where Stacy previously held the positions of Director of Accounting / Controller and Senior Accountant. Prior to this, Stacy worked as a Procurement Manager at Sturgeon Services International and as a Commercial Manager at (VRI) Variance Reduction International, Inc. Stacy also served as an Accounting Services Coordinator at D & J Farm Management, LLC. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance from California State University, Bakersfield.
